Armstrong Siddeley was a world famous company renowned for the quality and reliability of its products. The founder of the group was John Davenport Siddeley bor August 1866 in Manchester. He was involved in the infant motor industry from 1892, but joined the Deasy Motor Car Manufacturing Company at Parkside, Coventry, in 1909.
